Just wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. All our pieces are not recommended for hot foods or used in dishwashers, microwaves or ovens.
FedEx Ground will arrive in approximately 1-5 days from the shipment date. We are able to track FedEx Ground packages. Please see the map below for exact delivery times.
US Priority Mail will arrive in approximately 2-3 days from the shipment date, however, exact arrival date is not guaranteed. We cannot track Priority Mail packages and they are generally delivered separate from regular mail. If the recipient is not home, a notice is left in the mailbox.
You will be notified by email, if we are provided with an incorrect address or the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us. Leaf it in Vermont will not refund your money for incorrect shipping information or packages refused by recipients. We will ship a new product at half the cost, but shipping will be charged at full price. If Leaf it in Vermont put an incorrect address on the box, we will refund your purchase, or ship a new package at no charge to you.
